Commission Terms of Service

• If Katelyn is hired then you accept my terms of service
• All payment will be made upfront
• No refunds
• Edit only during the sketch and line art stage
• Quoted price will vary based on complexity
• All commissions are for personal use unless explicitly stated otherwise

For an additional fee Katelyn will accept commissions for commercial use and provide a non-exclusive royalty-free license with the art. If this license is not purchased then all commissioned artwork is intended for personal use.

Katelyn Combs retains the copyright to her all her art unless an explicit contract is signed stating otherwise.
